Know your days. Keep the proof.

For people who split their year between countries. RezTally logs the country you're in each day, counts your days against the limits that apply to you, and keeps a sealed day log you can show to an accountant, a tax office or a border officer.

What it counts

The day limits that matter when you live in more than one country, each counted the way its own rule says.

  1. 90/180

    Schengen

Days used in the last 180, days left, how long you can stay from any date, and when you can come back. Entry and exit days count, as at the border.

  2. 16–183

    UK residence days

Days in the UK at midnight in each 6 April tax year, against the day bands of the Statutory Residence Test.

  3. 183/280

    Irish residence days

Any part of a day in Ireland, against 183 days in the year and 280 over two years, with the 30-day rule.

A day log that can't be quietly changed

Every day RezTally records is sealed to the one before it. A correction is added as a new entry and the original stays, and each day the log is time-stamped by an independent authority.

Export it, and anyone can check that nothing has been changed since it was written: an accountant, a tax office, or you, on this site.

Made for a life between countries

Airports, second homes, months away. RezTally keeps count wherever the year takes you.

Land, and the day is logged. With location set to Always, you don't have to open the app.

Your record stays with you. Days, places and photos stay on your iPhone. No account to sign in to.

Warned before a limit. RezTally tells you as you near a count, not after you've passed it.

Automatic, or by hand

With location set to Always, RezTally logs each day without you opening it, using low-power location. Or type in your trips, and rebuild past years from photos taken with your own camera, a Google Timeline export, Flighty, your calendar or a spreadsheet: you confirm every trip before it's added.

Private by design

Your days, locations and photos stay on your iPhone. No account, no ads, no tracking. The only thing that leaves your phone is a 64-character fingerprint of your log, sent once a day to be time-stamped. It says nothing about where you were.

Facts, not advice

RezTally counts days and keeps the record. Whether you're resident somewhere also depends on your home, work, family and the rules of each country, so it never tells you what you are. Take the record to a qualified adviser.
